SMPHC ELECTION INFORMATION

There are three ways to vote in the upcoming SMPHC election:

1.         Vote at Ray’s ESG during the monthly phlocking on Friday, September 19.  Ballots will be available to all SMPHC members in good standing and completed ballots will be accepted by J.L. Grillot, election coordinator, until the first musical break, at which time voting will close.  Newly elected officers will be announced later that night as soon as all of the ballots are counted and certified by the election committee.  

2.         If you cannot make it to Ray’s ESG on September 19, but would still like to vote, you can complete the election ballot shown below and send it by snail mail to J.L. Grillot, 1215 Chatam Ridge Lane, Knoxville, TN 37932-2472.  You must put your name at the top of your ballot, as ballots without a name will not be counted.  All snail mail votes must be received by Friday, September 19.

3.         If you cannot make it to Ray’s ESG on September 19, but would still like to vote, you can copy and complete the election ballot shown below, scan it and e-mail your vote to J.L. Grillot at jalgrillot@charter.net  You must put your name at the top of your ballot, as ballots without a name will not be counted.  All e-mail votes must be received by 6 p.m. on Friday, September 19.
